In September 1951, the hospital sent three people to participate in the International Red Cross 12th medical team, went to North Korea to participate in the Korean War. To February 1953, sent a total of three groups’ staff.

　　In March 1968, the hospital sent four people to participate in the first aiding Tanzania medical team, in August, sent seven people again. Up to now, a total of 71 medical staff was sent.

　　At 3:42 and 53.8 seconds, on July 28, 1976, Tangshan, Fengnan area in Hebei occurred 7.8 magnitude earthquakes. On the same day, our hospital sent the medical team with 18 members, went to participate in Tangshan earthquake relief medical team of Shandong Province, and was incorporated into the provincial squadron first squad. On July 31, the first batch of 24 earthquake victims was sent to the hospital. As of August 10, a total of 92 people from the affected area were admitted. Among them, the number of the patient of outside the hospital transferred was 23. Our hospital medical team finished the task excellently in the earthquake relief task, the hospital was rated as advanced collectives.

　　In 1988, the hospital sent the first foreign aid team to Seychelles. Up to now, a total of 17 medical staff was sent.

　　On May 12, 2008, after Wenchuan earthquake happened, the hospital's first medical team rushed to the Sichuan earthquake relief front line quickly. The hospital has organized three groups of 16 people earthquake relief.

　　In 2009, hand-foot-mouth disease out-broke in Heze, the hospital sent a expert team with a dozen pediatric experts, continuous work for a month, successfully saved many children lives.

　　In May 2010, the only one domestic "China-Dolls" rare disease fixed-point treatment hospital - Shandong Provincial Hospital "China-Dolls" love ward was established.
